    We were made to bring glory to God.  While this is our aim for each and every day, our weekly gathering on Sunday morning is a special expression of worship through singing, praying, giving, and the preaching of God's Word.

  • Wisdom

    As Christians, we have put our trust in Jesus for the forgiveness we need, and we follow him as the example of a godly life.  We study the Bible to learn how to honor God through holy lives in the various callings that he has given us.

  • Witness

    We proclaim the good news of life in Christ to people in northern Illinois and around the world.  We are eager to demonstrate the transforming power of God's grace in our lives through compassion and service.

Sundays at EFCMM

We believe a church should be a healthy, growing family of faith.  It is important to get together each week to give our full attention to God and encourage one another in our walk with Christ.


Sunday School:  8:30 a.m. - Christian education for all ages

InnerMission:  9:30 a.m. - coffee, snacks, and fellowship

Worship Service:  10:00 a.m. - praying, singing, preaching the Word

Adult Small Groups and Youth Group:  evenings (see calendar or contact the church office)


Nursery is available in the lower level of our main building for ages 0-3.  Children's Sunday School classes meet in our Christian Education Center across the street.

We are located just west of the historic campus in the middle of Mt. Morris.  Our main building is at 102 South Seminary Avenue, with parking available across the street next to our Christian Education Center.  Tap the street signs photo to take you to a map where you can get directions.
